Amy Lee has a powerful voice and stage presence, giving me GOOSEBUMPS. The orchestra opened the show beautifully with 6 pieces. A long break followed, which I found too long. Amy Lee then came out, quietly sitting at the piano in a white hot spotlight, taking my breath away. Her band and the full orchestra backing created an amazing Wall of Sound that is clean, clear, and powerful. Her clothing, which she designed, was black and Victorian, blending into the feathery frills on her dress. Her voice is so strong and clear, like a giant raven morphing into a marvelous spirit. GO.. see Joe Satriani and be thrilled! In my opinion, this was only her 3rd show in this format, so they're still working on timing.
